Milly’s Flowers & Gifts (MFG) offers several career options. If you are interested in working for MFG, please review the material on this page. We have attached our training document, so you can gain an understanding of how we run things per department. Please note to receive proper training, you will need to pass the interview process first.
Requirements to work at MFG
- If you apply for the Wi-Fi department, you must have strong Wi-Fi and availability for deliveries at least three days a week.
- We prefer all our members to have a Discord or be willing to create one just for MFG. (We are happy to teach you.)
- We do not hire new members (designated by having a smiley by your name). This lasts for two weeks, so you can apply after that time.
- Be a positive person and be a team player.
- Participate in MFG employee events.
Wi-Fi Delivery and Supply
Creativity Team
Customer Relations
Deliverer: Picks up items from a supplier/or self-supplies and then arranges a time and day with the customer. Then will deliverer the items to our customers.
Supplier: Supplies the items for the deliverer’s orders. (Self-supplying deliverers only need to complete the delivery quota).
Quota: 3 Deliveries a Week

Our creativity team creates promo packs and fashion, interior, and exterior designs.
Quota: 2 Designs a Week
Designer – Position Open
Our customer relations team sends our customers invitations to order, recruitments, surveys, and other giveaway-related messages.
Quota: 3 Messages a Week

Game Team
Freelance Team
Our game team is responsible for the upkeep of our customer games. They will come up with questions, inform if they are correct, and more.
Quota: 3 Game Posts a Week
Game – Position Closed
Applying for the Freelance team is not possible. This team is responsible for miscellaneous tasks such as updating templates, creating and posting EOTW and EOTM awards, and more.
Quota: None – Deadline Based
Freelance – Cannot be applied for
